Yes. It is usually a phone call: tell us what is going on and where, and most problems can be identified on that call. There is no charge and no obligation, and if we are not the right fit for the job, we will tell you before anyone books a visit.

It depends on the kind of work. Routine work, meaning general pest control and quarterly or monthly maintenance programs, is priced off a standard schedule and can be quoted over the phone. Custom work, such as structural exclusion, rodent work on a building, bed bugs and multi-unit or commercial programs, starts with a paid site inspection.

Because the inspection is real work rather than a sales visit. We go through the crawlspace or cellar, the roofline, the envelope and the penetrations, then give you written findings and a scope of work you can act on, including any repair that belongs to another trade. The fee is quoted before the visit and comes off the cost of the job if you hire us.

Whatever you have noticed, in your own words: what you are seeing or hearing, where in the building, how long it has been going on, and roughly what kind of building it is. You do not need to know the species, because identifying it is our job. Mention any earlier treatment, or an audit or violation behind the call.

Yes. A person answers at any hour, including weekends. That does not mean a truck at every hour: an overnight call gets a diagnosis and a schedule. Some work is done after dark on purpose, such as a restaurant kitchen once it has closed, or a hornet nest while the colony is inside.

Say on the form that it is commercial and what the site is, because that changes who calls you back. For a co-op or condo, the first call goes best with the managing agent and the superintendent on the line. For a food facility, have the audit scheme and the next audit date ready.
